Progressive discounts

To encourage you to buy several cymbals instead of just one, and to make this decision a little easier, I have prepared progressive discounts. This means that the more cymbals you order, the bigger the discount you will receive.

Here is the deal:

2 cymbals - 10% off the total price
3 cymbals - 15% off the total price
4 or more cymbals - 20% off the total price

Additional notes

These discount rates apply only to orders of several cymbals placed at once, not one after another.
In the case of returns of individual components of the order, discounts will be canceled or corrected and the difference will be settled as part of the refund for the returned product. Also, discounts do not apply to shipping costs.
The progressive discount system doesn't combine with other promotions such as the general discounts on special occasions.

Loyalty discount - returning customers

If you have already purchased one of my cymbals, you are eligible for a permanent personal loyalty discount - valid on every future order. There are two individual codes depending on how you plan to order:

WELCOME10 - 10% off any single cymbal. This code cannot be combined with other discounts. Use it when ordering just one cymbal.
WELCOME5 - 5% off any order. This code combines with progressive volume discounts, giving you an additional 5% on top of the standard rates:

2 cymbals - 15% off
3 cymbals - 20% off
4 or more cymbals - 25% off

Both codes are personal and permanent - once received, they apply to every future order. You choose which one to use depending on your order.

How to get your loyalty discount - online orders

The process is fully automatic for orders placed through the online store:

Purchase any cymbal through the online store
Once your shipment arrives, your two personal loyalty discount codes (WELCOME10 and WELCOME5) will be activated and sent to your email address
Make sure your marketing consent is active. You can do this when registering your account, placing an order, or by signing up for our newsletter. Keep in mind that without your permission, I won't be able to provide you with your codes
The codes are linked to your email address - make sure to use the same email for your next order.

How to get your loyalty discount - email orders

If you prefer to place your order by email, simply remind me when placing your next order. To verify your purchase history, please provide one of the following:

your previous invoice number, or
the email address used for your previous order.

Your loyalty discount will be activated and applied to your orders

How discounts work together

✅ WELCOME5 combines with progressive volume discounts - the more cymbals you order, the greater the total saving.

❌ WELCOME10 cannot be combined with other discounts. It is designed for single-cymbal purchases.

❌ Both loyalty codes cannot be combined with special discounts on individual cymbals, seasonal sales or other occasional promotions. In such cases, only the promotional price applies.
