Order Processing Time 

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays are processed on the following Monday or the next available business day.

Delivery Methods and Timeframes

Poland: Shipments are delivered within 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch. Every shipment includes a tracking number.

European Union: Shipments are delivered within 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Every shipment includes a tracking number. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country.

Rest of the world: International shipments are delivered within 5–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Every shipment includes a tracking number. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs procedures.

Carrier Selection The choice of courier (including DPD, InPost, UPS, FedEx, DHL) depends on the destination and the most competitive rates available at the time of shipment. We make every effort to ensure that each parcel reaches its recipient as quickly as possible and with the highest standards of safe transport.

Shipping Costs We offer free shipping on all orders — regardless of order value or destination. Shipping is on us, whether you're ordering from Poland, Europe, or anywhere else in the world.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Damage and Lost Parcels If you receive a damaged shipment or your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at: contact@fmadejskicymbals.com Please keep the original packaging, as it may be required when filing a claim with the carrier.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available upon prior arrangement.

Customs and Taxes (International Orders) Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes applicable in the destination country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. F. Madejski Cymbals is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
