Terms and Conditions of Discounts

of the online shop F. Madejski Cymbals

1. General Provisions
  1. The organizer of the discount program is the Seller – FILIP JAREMA MADEJSKI, an entrepreneur conducting business activity under the name FILIP MADEJSKI CYMBALS, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity kept by the minister responsible for economy and management of the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity, NIP 1231128580, REGON 388324615, 46, 07-130 Łojki.
  2. The F. Madejski Cymbals online store is operated by the Seller at fmadejskicymbals.com.
  3. Discounts apply exclusively to the purchase of cymbals.
  4. Discounts are calculated based on the product value and do not include shipping costs.
2. Progressive Discounts (Quantity-based)
The discount is calculated automatically when purchasing multiple products within a single order:
  • 2 items: 10% discount on the total order.
  • 3 items: 15% discount on the total order.
  • 4 or more items: 20% discount on the total order.

Progressive discounts apply to products purchased at the same time. Orders placed one after another do not sum up for this discount.

3. Loyalty Program (For returning Customers)
Every Customer who has made at least one purchase receives returning customer status and two personal discount codes:
  • WELCOME10: 10% discount on the purchase of a single cymbal (the code does not combine with other promotions).
  • WELCOME5: 5% additional discount that combines with progressive discounts.

When using the WELCOME5 code, the total discounts are:

  • 2 items: 15% (10% + 5%)
  • 3 items: 20% (15% + 5%)
  • 4 or more items: 25% (20% + 5%)

4. Conditions for receiving and activating codes - Online store orders

  1. Codes are automatically generated after the first order is delivered.
  2. To receive codes via email, the Customer must provide marketing consent (newsletter).
  3. Codes are permanently assigned to the Customer's account and email address.
  4. To use the discount code, enter the selected code in the designated place in the checkout.
  5. For the code to work, the purchase must be made using the email address to which the code is assigned.
  6. Customers who made purchases in the past (before creating an account or making their first purchase in the online store) can activate the discount by contacting via email and providing the invoice number or previous email address.

5. Orders placed via email

  1. Loyalty discounts are also applied to email orders.
  2. To use the discount, the Customer is obliged to inform about the applicable discount in the email content and provide data enabling verification of the purchase history.

6. Returns and granted discounts

  1. In case of a partial return of the order, the progressive discount is recalculated or canceled according to the actual number of products kept by the Customer.
  2. The difference in price resulting from the loss of the discount will be deducted from the amount refunded for the returned product.
  3. In case of a return of the entire order that entitles to an individual loyalty discount, the discount code may be temporarily deactivated until the next order is placed. Discount codes are available only to customers who, after making their first purchase from the Seller, did not make a return based on the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller through the Store, subject to § 8 of the Regulations, within 14 days without giving any reason.

7. Combining promotions

  1. Loyalty codes and progressive discounts do not combine with other promotions (seasonal sales, occasional price reductions).
  2. In case of two different promotions, the price more favorable to the Customer or the promotional price shall apply.
